The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Jaspuria B.Ed. College performs the following key functions to ensure continuous quality enhancement in academic and administrative processes:
To develop and apply quality benchmarks for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
To facilitate the adoption of innovative, ICT-enabled, and student-centered teaching methodologies for effective learning outcomes.
To encourage faculty participation in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), seminars, workshops, research activities, and publications.
To strengthen mentoring, remedial teaching, counselling, career guidance, and feedback mechanisms for overall student development.
To regularly monitor, review, and evaluate teaching–learning processes, examination systems, and administrative practices.
To ensure proper documentation of institutional activities and maintain records required for quality assurance and accreditation.
To collect, analyze, and utilize feedback from students, alumni, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders for quality improvement.
To organize seminars, conferences, workshops, extension, and outreach programmes aligned with institutional goals.
To prepare, review, and submit the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC within stipulated timelines.
To act as the nodal agency for NAAC accreditation, quality audits, and other quality-related initiatives.
To identify, implement, and disseminate institutional best practices for continuous improvement.
To plan and conduct internal academic and administrative audits for performance evaluation and corrective measures.
