Career Guidance & Placement Cell

In accordance with the guidelines of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), the Career Guidance & Placement Cell of Jaspuria B.Ed. College, Bisa is hereby constituted to support students’ academic, personal, and career development and to facilitate their progression to higher education and employment.

Objectives of the Cell

To provide academic and personal mentoring to students.
To guide students regarding higher education, competitive exams, career opportunities, and employability skills.
To organize career guidance workshops, counseling sessions, mentoring, and capacity-building activities.
To coordinate with the Alumni Association for progression and placement support.
To address student support–related issues in collaboration with relevant committees.
To maintain systematic documentation of student progression, placements, and higher studies.

Functions of the Cell

To provide academic mentoring, personal counseling, and career guidance.
To support students in identifying suitable higher education and career pathways.
To arrange campus-connect programmes, guest lectures, and placement-linked activities.
To maintain and update student progression data.
To coordinate with the Alumni Association for career and mentoring support.
To maintain records, minutes of meetings, and Action Taken Reports (ATR).
